Welcome to Krueger Coaching LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this website and the services provided, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use this website or engage in any services offered.

1. Services Provided

Krueger Coaching LLC provides life coaching services including but not limited to individual coaching sessions, group coaching, online courses, and workshops (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

By booking a session, purchasing a course, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that:

• Life coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical care, or therapy.
• The Services are meant to support personal development and achievement of goals, and results vary based on individual circumstances.

2. Registration and Account

To access certain Services, you may need to create an account with us. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Payments and Fees

All Services are subject to fees as outlined on the website. Payments are due at the time of booking and can be made via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, cash or check.

If you choose to purchase a package, subscription, or any paid service, you agree to pay all applicable charges, taxes, and fees associated with your purchase.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations: You may cancel your session or service up to twelve hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made after this time may incur a $25 charge.
• Refund Policy: Refunds for coaching sessions or courses will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  Refunds are not provided for missed sessions unless due to extenuating circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions on time or notify us in advance if you cannot attend.
• Actively participate in the coaching process and engage in open, honest communication.
• Respect the confidentiality of other clients (if applicable) and maintain professional conduct at all times.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. However, coaching is not considered a confidential relationship in the same way as therapy, and certain limitations on confidentiality may apply (e.g., in cases of harm to yourself or others).

7. No Guarantees

While life coaching is designed to help you achieve personal growth, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Your success depends on many factors, including your own commitment to the coaching process and individual circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and coaching materials, is the intellectual property of Krueger Coaching LLC.  You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krueger Coaching LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or coaching services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Krueger Coaching LLC and its employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the website or services.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. By continuing to use the website or services after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
